Questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days of everything, with no card. Near the end we'll remind you to pick a plan. Nothing you set up is deleted if you don't.
Who counts as staff?
Everyone on your team list. People you archive (leavers, seasonal staff who've gone home) don't count.
Why per venue and not per person?
Most rota apps charge per person, typically £2 to £6.50 a head each month. Pubs and restaurants carry lots of part-timers and casuals, so that adds up fast. With RotAI the price stays the same however many people you have on the plan.
Do texts cost extra?
Each plan includes texts every month for cover offers, join codes and urgent messages. Push notifications on phones are free and unlimited. If a busy month needs more texts, we'll talk to you before anything changes.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, any time from Plan and billing. If you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can download all your data.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown without VAT, which is added at checkout. Add your VAT number on the payment page.
